One of the best gifts I could ever ask for is when past clients return for updated family photos. It’s so wild to see the same families and document their kiddos year after year. Just a couple of years ago, I photographed the Claudia, Manny and their adorable son Lincoln when he was just about one year young. Not long after that, we did a small session for just Lincoln that became more of a lifestyle session because he was quite the active toddler!

Fast forward another year and here we are. Their son is 3 years old and a total model when he wasn’t being too shy from my camera. The funniest moment was when he was standing still for a couple portraits of just him, and then ever so slightly began to walk towards his family as if I wouldn’t be able to notice. Ha! It’s always so fun photographing kids. 🙂 The morning we met was pretty cold surprisingly, given that the day before was a beautiful sixty-something degree day. This family braved the chilly weather for their photos, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. After a little coaxing, we managed to get a few more smiles out of Lincoln and even a couple high-fives!
