This is the year for babies, that’s for sure! I have several friends who have announced they are expecting, one of those being my sweet sister-in-law! I’ve had the pleasure to know and be family to this sweet couple for several years now, and can happily call them clients of mine, as I actually photographed their sweet wedding day just a couple short years ago. When Brandon and Tanisha revealed they were expecting their first baby earlier this year I was over the moon excited for them, and thrilled at the thought of all the pretty photos to come. I’ve been able to document each milestone of their journey in life together, and I’m so happy to be documenting this new chapter. We planned her gorgeous maternity session at Eagle Mountain Park in Saginaw, Texas and met on a beautiful summer evening, with the prettiest light pouring in through the trees. My little photographer heart was jumping with joy! Brandon joined us for a few photos, and made it clear he wanted his beautiful wife to be the focus of this session. So sweet. After hiking up and down through the park, we finished near where we started, Tanisha wearing a gorgeous maternity gown she bought off of Amazon. Can you believe it?! The golden hour at the end of our session was the perfect cherry on top of our sundae.
