You may have noticed I’ve been quite busy the last couple weeks. Maybe the fact that there’s been a lack of blogging or Instagram posts clued you into that fact. Well, regardless of how you’ve realized this, it is true. I, Jessica, have been hard at work editing and photographing everything, that the very blog I use to show you all the new and pretty photographs I’ve taken, has been left to the sidelines. One day I’ll catch up and have all the time I need. Haha!
Anyways, I was contacted a couple months back by Angeleen, who was in search of a photographer in the Fort-Worth area who could photograph her engagement session. This was actually pretty awesome given the fact that Angeleen and her fiance Jared don’t live in Texas! Turns out, Jared is from Texas and actually attended high school in the same town as myself. Angie had contacted me from her home state of Hawaii, where she and Jared had met a few years ago when he was stationed there.
These two love birds met with me on a warm sunny afternoon at the Japanese Gardens in Fort Worth, one of my favorite places to take photos. The gardens were quiet, with hardly anyone else there but ourselves as we roamed through admiring the nature and squirrels in between photos. I had a lot of fun with these two!
Angie + Jared, thank you for choosing me to photograph your sweet engagement, and I wish you luck as you begin to plan your Colorado wedding.
